How much is postage?
Postage within the UK is £3.99 up to 5kg. We use Royal Mail first class on a trackable service. Postage within Europe is £4.80. Postage outside Europe is £8.40. How long is delivery?
We generally quote 2-5 days as it is not a guaranteed service and it depends on when the customer places the order.
What if a customer wished to return an item?
The returns would come back to us but they would have to be in saleable condition and sent back within 14 days. There would be a 10% admin charge deducted off the refund .We can not refund the postage costs. Your buyers would have to return at their cost unless you built the returns cost into your sale price.
Can we use your images to advertise the goods on our website?
Yes you can but it may be beneficial for your business to purchase one of each of the items to photograph yourself if you require a specific and personalized look for your own website.
Can I download your product files?
Yes once you have purchased a membership you will receive an email when we have been added to the system. This can take up to 24 hours though will typically be in 6 hours or less. When you now log in to the site you will see links at the top left of the main page which you can use to download a CSV (comma separated values) file consisting of all product information that you can open in excel or import into your own software as well as a link to enable image downloads.
Can you guarantee items will be in stock?
95% of the time the item you require will be in stock but please check our website on a regular basis to ensure your advertised item is still available. We will send out updated product file lists on a regular basis to valid memberships.
Can you include my company details in the package?
The parcels are sent blind ie no company name. We can include compliment slips but as with a lot of the big retailers now who use fulfillment companies an unheaded despatch note is included along with returns information.
What is the profit I can make on your items?
This obviously depends on how much you choose to advertise your products for but we offer a guide RRP and your profit on this would be approx 33% before you deduct your operating costs. Dropshipping profits can be likened to commission.
